     I.     Any single engine .28 or smaller

     II.    Any oval or buggy chassis

     III.   Single speed center diff. NO two speeds.

     IV.   No belt drive systems

      V.    No one-way diffs.

     VI.   Must have return spring on carb.

    VII.  Tires: Losi DLM2 (part # LOSA17757)

                  A.  NO grooving or sipping of the rubber tires.
                  B. Tire softener or traction compound OK.
